Routine Nail Care/Cutting
We cut nails if you are unable to reach or see you nails. We can also treat and advise on fungal nails and thickened nails. Painful Ingrown toe nails can also be permanently treated with nail surgery.
Callus (Hard skin) and Corns
Callus is a thickened layer of hard skin that can develop any where on the foot due to friction and pressure.
Corns are localised spots of hard skin that again form due to pressure or friction such as poor fitting shoes.
Verrucae Treatments
Verruca are warts on the foot. They are caused by the HPV (Human Papiloma Virus) and usually go on their own in about 2-3 years, usually the case in children. We use cryotherapy and acid therapy or a combination to treat verrucae. Several treatments at 2-3 week intervals may be neccesary.

Safe Ear wax removal Microsuction
Ear Wax removal using both Irrigation and/or Microsuction available in Clinic.
Microsuction undertaken correctly by a trained clinician is a pain free method used to remove wax from ear canals when irrigation isn't possible, for example because of a perforated ear drum or grommets, where any water in the ear canal could enter the inner ear and cause problems.

Warm water irrigation, gently removes the wax by using a controlled, low pressure water jet which is angled towards the ear canal wall rather than at the actual blockage (which may push the wax deeper and cause discomfort or ear pain).
Bowen Therapy

The Bowen Technique uses a gentle rolling –type move over the skin in specific locations, designed to disturb the underlying fascia, muscle and organs.
